Movies of keynotes that are "special"
Presentations are for most people an essential part of their life. They try to sell, convince, influence or just enjoy people with there keynotes and speeches. From time to time I get to see some really good presentations whether they are special from the style of presentation or the topic the people are talking about. Just have a look at a few of them, I'll always try to summaries the speciality of the single keynotes, to give you an idea what makes them so individual to me.
Derren Brown uses NLP to influence Simon Pegg's selection of a gift.
This isn't directly an keynote but a very interesting topic about NLP - neuro linguistic programming. Derren Brown is influencing his guest about a wish of his birthday present. A few days before this video he told him to write down a birthday present he wants to have and keep it locked up till this day. The interesting thing is, with a few manipulating tasks, moves and words as well as environmental influences - he persuaded Simon to wish exactly the present, Derren already provided in the box. In the last minute of the video you''ll get the explaination how he did it. Have fun, it worth to watch it in full length!

Steve Jobs | iPad presentation
Steve Jobs ist one of the best examples to hold an excellent presentation. You will recognize that all the words and the movement that is done by him is closely planned. The whole presentation of an Apple keynote consists of structured course. They begin with an opening, some sales figures of the latest Apple products and what will be the next steps to satisfy the customer more and more. In the sam way they start to tell a story about the wishes and the possibilities of future products. The audience in the hall and in front of the laptops are getting more and more curious and want to know more about an iPad, an iPhone 4.0 and so on. They have the structured plan of an clear opening - a middle part, connected to a story - and a goal what they want to achieve when the presentation is done . To set an image and a felling in the brains of their future customers "Its cool, awesome, amazing, great and I want it". Well done Mr. Jobs.
